The pimpster crew were down at the launch of the Gumball 3000 rally in Pall Mall, London today. Loads of awesome cars - Bugatti Veyrons, Rolls Royce, Zondas, Bentleys, Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, to name a few!
We got loads of pics and they'll all be on the site soon. In the mean time check out the pics of Team Fuel in the pimpster myspace pics section, pimpster are supporting Team Fuel in the rally.
Remember to check out http://www.myspace.com/fuelteam to keep updated on the progress of Team Fuel throughout the week.
Go Team Fuel!

Yep, what an awesome day! Was great to have 'pit lane' access to the cars and the celebs.
The Fuel Bentley is not only one of the best cars, but what a great 'stunt' by having Vanessa being dragged along by the car on her roller skates at the start!
All I can say is look forward to the pics people! |

I am really gutted that I had decided not to go.
I couldn't persuade any mates to go down to London with me and decided not to go on my own.
What a mistake!! _________________ http://www.showstunners.com |

Anyone else heard all the news from Gumball?
Rally affected greatly by the fact all cars have been impounded in Germany, many drivers have lost their licences, flights being delayed/banned from landing in Istanbul and route changes.

April 29 - 17:45
Team Polizei has successfully made it to the Chunnel in first place despite departing the London grid in 10th position. Team Polizei took the lead with Team Xzibit for most of the journey until Xzibit, driving a Lamborghini Gallardo, was pulled over while Herr Roy and Master Piloten Ross were free to continue. Team Polizei will now take a short break while on the train to France, where they are sure to face the opposition of the French Police!
April 29 - 20:00
Team Polizei has made it across the channel and now are leading the way to Amsterdam. Herr Ross and Roy have decided to take an alternative route, which they hope will be safer and faster. Belgium Police on motorcycles just pulled the team over, resulting in a 120euro fine and many pictures taken with the Police officers.
April 29 - 22:45
Alex and Michael successfully made it to the Amsterdam checkpoint, taking several alternative routes and "long-cuts" through Belgium to avoid troubles with the local law enforcement. Their attempts fell short though after a motorcycle unit pulled the team over and slapped them with a 120 euro fine. The good news though was that the Team got some nice photos with the gracious officers! It was a lonely drive into Amsterdam for the Polizei M5, and it will be an even lonelier one leaving the city. Michael Ross reported that at their departure, there still were no other Gumballers who had arrived. Onward to Deutschland; the M5 can finally stretch her legs on her native Autobahn!
April 30 - 01:57
Lead cars have been stopped and seized in Germany just 60 miles north of Hahn Airport. In better news: Team Polizei makes it first to the German Autobahn Police Checkpoint! Report is that the German Police are holding onto the cars until noon tomorrow, after the planes leave Hahn for Istanbul. _________________ The latest club around....

A Statement from Maximillion Cooper
Issued by Maximillion Cooper on behalf of The Gumball 3000 Rally - 21.30 / 03 May 2007
Following our earlier release reporting yesterday's accident - As a sign of respect we have decided that this year's Gumball 3000 Rally will not travel any further and will end in Bratislava this evening, May 3rd 2007.
As the organisers of the rally we feel that it should be stopped as a mark of respect to Vladimir Cepulyoski who died today after an accident involving one the participating drivers.
We are very saddened by what has happened and feel that it would be wrong to continue. On behalf of Gumball 3000, we once again extend our deepest sympathies to his family and we are doing everything we can for them.
This is the first time anything like this has happened in 9 years of travelling through over 40 countries with 1000's of drivers and it is with deep regret that I make this announcement.

Back in to add that I finally finished the galleries and was immersed. LOVED all the pics, esp. X, no doubt. I rated the very first pic wrong but was good afterwards. I hope it's ok to put them within his Official Fan Site or even his Official site forum(s). I don't have time nor patience to remove watermarks, so whatever logo is there will be left intact. I'll just resize them for 56K'ers, ya know. And yes, I will credit the source from where they are coming from.
Much thanks to CK1, Pimpster Mark and Colin for awesome photos!!
